2009 Masters Tournament on your BlackBerry

It is that time of year again in the Golf World. The 2009 Masters Tournament kicked off this morning in Augusta, Georgia, complete with the usual star-studded field. As is tradition, there is bound to be some of the most exciting golf we will see all year and more fans than ever trying to stay up to date while on the go.
A revamped mobile site is available for this years Master’s Week, and can be viewed on your BlackBerry by heading to http://m.masters.com or http://wap.masters.com. Here is the list of areas you will find on the site:
News – The latest news and blogs from the Tournament.
Leader board – Real-time updates from the course.
Highlights – Video highlights of the days play.
Tee Times – Tee Times and Pairings for each Round.
Fanbook – Share your thoughts with patrons around the globe.
Getting There – - Driving directions and maps for those making the trip to the Masters.
The Masters organization has done a very good job putting the site together, and paired with a 3G capable device, there is no excuse to fall behind on your Masters coverage.
Personally, I would like to see a BlackBerry Application with integrated alerts and message integration, but I am still pleased with the mobile site.
